Who needs it?  If you live in an area that experiences winter temperatures below 45 degrees Fahrenheit you will want to purchase winter shipping insurance.  For only $10.00, your plant will be shipped with a heat pack and bubble wrap for insulation to ensure it arrives to you free of any damage from the cold or we will refund your money back! 

You will receive a notification of shipping and will need to ensure that the plant is welcomed into your home the date of arrival.  If you will be traveling, please contact us to reschedule the shipment date at least 24 hours prior to shipping.  You do not want to leave your lovely new friend out in the cold. The heat pack that is provided with the insurance is good for 72 hours from the time shipped so we are confident that your plant will arrive safe and warm.

If you are purchasing multiple plants, you may need to purchase insurance for each plant if the plants are being shipped separately.  Feel free to reach out to us at support@plantasticdirect.com and we will confirm the amount required for your order.

Refund Policy for all Plants

If your plant arrives damaged, simply take a photo and send it to support@plantasticdirect.com within 3 days after the delivery date.

We will make a determination and will refund the amount purchased if you have a valid concern.  We will notify you via email, within 48 hours after we have received your email with the photos supporting your claim and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, your refund will be applied to your original payment method. The refund will ALWAYS be back to the card used for the original purchase, no exceptions. 

The refund amount will post in accordance with your cards policy, usually within 3 to 5 business days. 

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and correct as necessary. All claims must be made within 3 days after the delivery date.
Exchanges
We do not do exchanges on plants.
Replacements
We do not replace plants.  We will issue a refund if appropriate. (see above), and you may place another order if desired.

Habitat: 60 - 85°F

Sansevieria Trifasciata prefers average to warm temperatures between 60°F and 85°F. It can tolerate lower temperatures but is sensitive to frost. It adapts well to typical indoor humidity levels, but it can also tolerate lower humidity environments.

The exact origin of Sansevieria Trifasciata "Lilliput" is unclear, as it is a cultivated variety. However, it is believed to have originated from the species Sansevieria Trifasciata, which is native to West Africa.

Water: Low

Snake Plants are succulent plants and are adapted to drought-like conditions. Allow the soil to dry out partially between waterings. Water thoroughly and then let the soil dry out before watering again. It's better to underwater than over-water, as over-watering can lead to root rot. In winter or low light conditions, reduce the frequency of watering.
