Pothos can adapt to different temperatures, but it prefers temperatures between 65-85°F. It can tolerate average household humidity, but it appreciates higher humidity levels.

Maximum Size: Several Feet plus

Pothos plants have trailing vines that can reach lengths of several feet. They can also produce aerial roots along the stems.

Space / Planter Size: Small

Pothos is a trailing plant that can spread out and fill the available space. It can be grown in hanging baskets, pots, or trained on a trellis or pole. The space needed will depend on how large you allow the plant to grow.

In its natural habitat, Pothos grows as a climbing vine, often found in tropical forests, where it attaches itself to trees and other structures.

Plant Care

Pothos is an adaptable and versatile plant that can thrive in various indoor environments. It's known for its heart-shaped leaves and ability to purify the air, making it a popular choice for indoor gardening enthusiasts.

Water: Moderate

Pothos prefers slightly moist soil but is susceptible to root rot if overwatered. Allow the top inch or two of the soil to dry out before watering again. It's better to underwater than to overwater Pothos.

Sun: Bright, Indirect

Pothos can tolerate a wide range of light conditions, from low to bright indirect light. However, it thrives best in bright, indirect light. Avoid exposing it to direct sunlight for extended periods as it can scorch the leaves.

Care Level: Moderate

Pothos is considered a relatively low-maintenance plant, making it suitable for beginners and busy plant owners.
