Who needs it?  If you live in an area that experiences winter temperatures below 45 degrees Fahrenheit you will want to purchase winter shipping insurance.  For only $10.00, your plant will be shipped with a heat pack and bubble wrap for insulation to ensure it arrives to you free of any damage from the cold or we will refund your money back! 

You will receive a notification of shipping and will need to ensure that the plant is welcomed into your home the date of arrival.  If you will be traveling, please contact us to reschedule the shipment date at least 24 hours prior to shipping.  You do not want to leave your lovely new friend out in the cold. The heat pack that is provided with the insurance is good for 72 hours from the time shipped so we are confident that your plant will arrive safe and warm.

If you are purchasing multiple plants, you may need to purchase insurance for each plant if the plants are being shipped separately.  Feel free to reach out to us at support@plantasticdirect.com and we will confirm the amount required for your order.

Refund Policy for all Plants

If your plant arrives damaged, simply take a photo and send it to support@plantasticdirect.com within 3 days after the delivery date.

We will make a determination and will refund the amount purchased if you have a valid concern.  We will notify you via email, within 48 hours after we have received your email with the photos supporting your claim and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, your refund will be applied to your original payment method. The refund will ALWAYS be back to the card used for the original purchase, no exceptions. 

The refund amount will post in accordance with your cards policy, usually within 3 to 5 business days. 

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and correct as necessary. All claims must be made within 3 days after the delivery date.
Exchanges
We do not do exchanges on plants.
Replacements
We do not replace plants.  We will issue a refund if appropriate. (see above), and you may place another order if desired.

Environment

Habitat: Warm Indoor / Outdoor, 70 - 90°F

These are known to be kept at 70-90 Degrees F and will do well in warmer settings. It is also good for those who are going to have more of a hands-off approach to taking care of the plant but still want something beautiful.

Maximum Size: Head size 4 - 8" plus

This plant is a vine and will continue to grow more than 8 inches, if allowed. For an indoor setting, it will grow to your desired height as long as it is properly maintained.

Space / Planter Size: Small

You are not going to require an extensive pot for this type of setup. It is going to do well within a smaller planter and it is going to work out as you want it to. This is ideal for those who want a straightforward planter that is going to work well as time goes on. Since it is not going to grow more than 4-8", you will know it is not going to take a lot of time to manage.

History

This is a plant that has become popular around the world as a tropical delight. It is one of those plants that will bring a smile to your face and is going to look the part as soon as you set things into motion. It does not require too much care and it is a plant that has been known to do well when it is draped in certain parts of the house or even set up in a planter.

Plant Care

This is a plant that is best served in a place that does have access to sunlight and is not going to have unstable temperatures. It should stay warm for the plant to do well over time.

Water: Moderate

In general, it is best not to over-water this type of plant as it will get damaged. It is best to keep it moist and water it from time to time. This is more than enough to ensure the plant continues to grow the way it needs to.

Sun: Low

You will want to make sure to avoid putting it in direct sunlight all the time. It is best to have it put in the sunlight here and there while still making sure it is in a warmer setting. This is how you are going to make sure it stays as safe as you want it to.

Care Level: Moderate

You are not going to require a lot to care for it. This is what makes it a beginner-friendly plant for those who want to do things with a purpose. You are going to enjoy how it works out and it will end up looking perfect.
