Who needs it? If you live in an area that experiences winter temperatures below 45 degrees Fahrenheit you will want to purchase winter shipping insurance. For only $10.00, your plant will be shipped with a heat pack and thermal insulation to ensure it arrives to you free of any damage from the cold or we will refund your money back!
You will receive a notification of shipping and will need to ensure that the plant is welcomed into your home the date of arrival. If you will be traveling, please contact us to reschedule the shipment date at least 24 hours prior to shipping. You do not want to leave your lovely new friend out in the cold. The heat pack that is provided with the insurance is good for 72 hours from the time shipped so we are confident that your plant will arrive safe and warm.
If you are purchasing multiple plants, you may need to purchase insurance for each plant if the plants are being shipped separately. Feel free to reach out to us at support@plantasticdirect.com and we will confirm the amount required for your order.
